تعليمات النشر للباحث

 

تعليمات النشر في مجلة كلية مدينة العلم الجامعة 

تحتوي هذه التعليمات على ثلاثة اقسام, وهي (صيغة البحث, كتابة المصادر, تعليمات للباحثين) , وكما في ادناه. 

1. صيغة البحث

  • تقبل البحوث باللغة الانكليزية للبحوث العلمية، مع كتابة خلاصة باللغة العربية. و باللغة العربية للبحوث الانسانية, مع كتابة خلاصة باللغة الانكليزية.
  • تحضير النص باستخدام برنامج Word 2010 او2007.
  • الطباعة على ورق قياس نوع A4 وتكون الحاشية ذات قياس 2سم من جميع الاتجاهات، ويسلم البحث على شكل عمود واحد فقط وبعد القبول تقوم المجلة بتحويله الى عمودين.
  • نوع الخط Times New Roman لكل البحث.
  • عنوان البحث (غامق في الوسط) حجم الخط 14.
  • أسماء الباحثين (غامق) حجم الخط 12
  • عناوين الباحثين حجم الخط 11، مع الاشارة الى الباحث المسؤول عن البحث مع الايميل الرسمي والجوال.
  • كتابة الخلاصة باللغة العربية والانكليزية (عدد الكلمات ما بين 250 الى 300 كلمة(.
  • عناوين البحث الرئيسية (الخلاصة، المقدمة، المواد وطرائق العمل، النتائج والمناقشة) تكون غامق وحجم الخط 14.
  • الكلمات المفتاحيه تكتب تحت الخلاصة.
  • متن البحث حجم الخط 12.
  • العناوين الفرعية حجم الخط 12وغامق وعدم الترقيم.
  • يستخدم كلمة (Figure) كاملة كعنوان تحت الشكل او ما تمثله وعند الاشارة اليها في المتن يستخدم (Fig.) .
  • توضع الجداول والأشكال ضمن النتائج اثناء تسلسل ذكرها وليس في نهاية البحث.
  • الأرقام جميعها تكتب بنظام الارقام العربية .(Arabic Numerals) مثلا: 3,2,1,..... 

 

2. كتابة المصادر

  • تكتب المصادر بالأرقام وحسب تسلسل ورودها داخل المتن باستخدام الاقواس [1]
  • تكون نسبة 20% من مصادر البحث المقدم للمجلة منشورة في مجلات داخلة في فهرس
  • تكون نسبة 50% من مصادر البحث حديثة النشر وتقع ضمن السنوات الخمسة الاخيرة.
  • تكتب المصادرفقط باللغة الانكليزية وعلى ترتيب (Vancouver Citing & Referencing style From Book)
  • اختصار اسماء المجلات العلمية (Abbreviation Journals) : يرجى مراجعة الموقع الآتي لمعرفة المختصرات (Vancouver style) https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nlmcatalog?Db=journals&Cmd=DetailsSearch&Term=currentlyindexed%5BAll%5D

 

  • Journal Articles

Article with 1 to 6 authors

  • Author AA, Author BB, Author CC, Author DD. Title of article. Abbreviated title of journal. Date of publication YYYY Mon DD;volume number(issue number):page numbers.

Example:

  • Petitti DB, Crooks VC, Buckwalter JG, Chiu V. Blood pressure levels before dementia. Arch Neurol. 2005 Jan;62(1):112-6.

 

Article with more than 6 authors (list 6 authors only and use et al for the remaining):

  • Author AA, Author BB, Author CC, Author DD, Author EE, Author FF, et al. Title of article. Abbreviated title of journal. Date of publication YYYY Mon DD;volume number(issue number):page numbers.

Example:

  • Hallal AH, Amortegui JD, Jeroukhimov IM, Casillas J, Schulman CI, Manning RJ, et al. Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography accurately detects common bile duct stones in resolving gallstone pancreatitis. J Am Coll Surg. 2005 Jun;200(6):869-75.

From a full text database

3. تعليمات للباحثين

  • يرسل الكترونيا من نافذة (Submission) من خلال موقع المجلة.
  • كل البحوث تخضع لفحص (الكشف عن الاستلال) من قبل المجلة عن طريق برنامج الـTurntin قبل ارسالها للمقومين، ونوصي بشدة ان يتم المراجعة اللغوية باللغتين العربية والانكليزية من قبل الباحث.
  • لا تقبل المعلومات المنتشرة و المستلة من مواقع شبكة الانترنت وإنما فقط تلك التي تعتمد على البحوث المنشورة في مجلات عالمية أو محلية والكتب و اطاريح الدكتوراه ورسائل الماجستير.
  • يجب ملء الاستمارة الخاصة بتقديم البحث و التعهد ولا يتم البدء بالاجراءات الخاصة بتقييم البحث الا بعد التوقيع على هذه الاستمارات بشكل نظامي.
  • يستوفى مبلغ(100,000) دينار عراقي كأجور للنشر عند استلام القبول.
  • يستوفى مبلغ (10,000) دينار عراقي كاجور فحص الاستلال
  • يستوفى مبلغ (5000) دينار عراقي عن كل صفحة اضافية للبحث (للبحوث التي تزيد عن 20 صفحة)
  • على الباحث اعادة البحث بعد التعديلات المطلوبة من قبل المقيميين خلال مدة شهر واحد كحد اقصى وعلى الباحث اعادة النسخة المعدلة الاخيرة المرسلة من قبل المجلة للتدقيق النهائي خلال مدة ثلاثة ايام كحد اقصى.

2. قبل التقديم ، يجب على المؤلف المقابل توضيح ما يلي:
• ينبغي إدراج تضارب المصالح في المقالة المقدمة (يوصى بشدة).
• يجب على المؤلف تحديد مسؤولية كل مؤلف في مقال البحث المقدم.
• يجب تحديد بوضوح أن المؤلفين ساهموا بشكل كبير في البحث.
